Seth’s journey in affordable housing began as an on-site manager and maintenance supervisor at Ad-West, where he developed hands-on expertise in property operations. He later expanded his skillset by leasing tax credit developments with Mercy Housing, deepening his passion for supporting vulnerable communities.
In 2015, Seth returned to Ad-West as a regional property manager, leveraging his field experience to empower staff and elevate operational excellence. As Compliance Director, he spearheaded the transformation of business processes, introducing technologies that streamlined workflows and enhanced efficiency.
Now, as Onboarding Director, Seth ensures seamless transitions for new properties, collaborating with departments, aligning with industry best practices, and fostering strong communication with ownership. His leadership is pivotal to Ad-West’s growth, enabling the company to consistently deliver exceptional housing.
Beyond his technical expertise, Seth is committed to mentoring his team and building strong relationships with clients and regulatory partners. He takes pride in being part of shaping Ad-West’s future through innovative strategies and reinforcing its reputation as a leader in affordable housing.
